Intel and Motorola both have facilities in the Phoenix metro
area.In fact,Motorola is the largest employer in Az(about
20,000).Intel just announced 2 weeks ago,that they are
building a new billion $ fab in Chandler(where I live).It
will be located just down the street from their other
facility.Phoenix metro is trying to become "Silicon Desert."
