Jay, the European plays I follow are ENON, VIP, and you can never rule out VOD. Bought some VOD in my IRA today. They have broken out of a trading range and once the hoopla is over with Mannisman(spelling?) I think they can really move. They supply everyone in Europe with wireless. HMMM that sounds like QCOM. ENON is very strong. VIP is extremely volatile, it's a Russian play if you have the stomach for it and MTA is another telecom play.
