Subject: Jay, I think that NMPS is fine.

If you look at the historical pattern, it was rising in anticipation and then sold off on the news, took a few days to consolidate and will continue uptrend as long as it didn't penetrate old lows and it didn't. Looks good.

Now, for something that looks like the epitome of manipulation!!! DLJ on JNIC! I have never seen anything like it. This stock is down over 50% from an intraday high and they are sitting on the ask pushing it down 6 to 8% every day. Single handedly they are crushing this stock. I will never buy a stock that DLJ underwrites again. I don't care if it's the best invention since the wheel. I will not buy.
