In the past I just saw you as someone out to destroy others work, I see that is just not the case now. I apologise to you as well.
This is not going to be easy. Just read the posts from Bond Bond and Goodwood91. What people like that refuse to see is that there are two types of shemale sites on the web. The first is the corporate site. A shemale site owned by a huge porn company that runs several other sites as well. Straight, gay, fetish, shemale and every other niche market they can milk $$$ from. These corporations have full time staffing. Graphics professionals, script writers, legal advisors, photographers and videographers.
The other kind is the site owned by an individual T girl. All she has is herself and maybe a friend to take the photos. One is the WalMart of shemale sites and the other in the mom and pop store who has a WalMart on one side and K mart on the other.
I have been around the industry a long time. The corporate porn mills screw the T girls over big time. Not every site out there built around one individual T girl is T girl owned. Some of these guys will take a pretty young TS who can not even read or speak English and con her into being a model for them. The girl does get famous but that is all she gets. I have seen T girls get so excited by an invitation to go out to LA to make a video or do a shoot that they don't even stop to think about the compensation and rights to their image. They go out there and they get screwed over big time. They get $500 a day for video work. The porn guys then take that footage and make three to six videos and they take stills for the web sites. In the end the T girl makes about $1,000 and they make about $100,000 or more off her image. They also set her up with "dates" while she is in town. The entire LA porn scene stinks.
Then you have the individual T girl who has the brains to understand that the porn industry is not the way to go. All she has is a computer and a camera. Many of these girls are just as good looking as the girls hyped by the porn industry. The work they do is a lot more interesting and creative than the garbage from the porn mills. They put their hearts and souls into the sites they run because they own those sites. When you support them you are helping a T girl and not some blood sucker in a $2,000 suit.
A third type of site is owned by some one just like you TS Lover. Guys who respect the girls and want to do all they can for them. These sites are done for the sheer fun of doing it all. The girls who model get fair market compensation for the shoots and an education. Any girl who models for me also gets economics 101, basic photography, basic web building and any advice she asks for.
What I ask of you, TooMok and Jim is to start a forum that will be well moderated. Just keep the T girl owned sites protected. I also ask your help in cleaning out the the pass dumps and other forums that refuse to show respect for the girls. If you have any questions just ask and I will do my best to be of help. We got off to a bad start due to misunderstanding on both sides. Let's make this a new begining and work towards making something good.
