You pull off of the loud highway, and into a small town and stop at a gas station for a break. Getting out of the car, you smell the salty aroma of a beach. You walk towards the ledge of the cliff towards the salty smell, to see a warf. A cable car's bell rings, you see people trying to sell things on the sidewalk. The name has nothing to do with the town... Will you decide to stay a while... if not, ever?
