Hi Olivia,

In one sense, I'd like to just do it all in one step. But I think you're wise to suggest a gradual process. If I like it just below my shoulders, I can always go shorter! But if I don't like it, at least it will still be somewhat long and I won't feel like I've been butchered. I'm thinking about just cutting off three inches next week. I know that sounds really wimpy, but it just doesn't sound so scary. I'll wait a few weeks and if I'm comfortable, go a few more inches.

Did you leave your hair the same length, or did you let it grow or did you cut it shorter?
