First off ask yourself the following have you ever died your hair, do you use a blowdrier, are you in the sun alot? These are just some of the thing that causes the damage you explained. Away to treat it is as follows first off get a hot oil treatment. You can do it at a salon or at home.If you do decide to do it at home I recomend Vo5 their good or a thermasilk heat wrap. Then Cut or trim your hair this will rid of any split ends and allow new hair to grow quicker. Then buy a hair conditiner at a salon. While salons are more expensive then your local grocier, Salon bought shampoo contains more vitamins and natural substances which is better for you hair. Then last quit damging your hair if you do any of the following let your hair grow healthy.
