Richard is an awesome guy and a great hair designer. He helped me to finally find a look that suits my personality and my face. He's better than anyone I've ever had do my hair before.

He's exteremely helpfull and not beyond the hard cases
;). He IS extremely busy, but he does eventually get back to you.
