So what's new in color?

We are going to see more low-lighting for the upcoming warmer season. What is low-lighting?

Low-lights are the absolutely reverse of hi-lights.
(now wasn't that easy?)
Ok, ok, I'll quit teasing...

Low-lights are applied to hair that is alreeady a light base color. However instead of applying bleach or lifters, we instead apply color. The idea is to reverse hi-light ot tone back. This is more of what you'll be seeing this year.
