Flattering hairstyles for person with double chin and fine hair -- Hair is Stylin'

I have been to many hairstylists and I still have not found a flattering hairstyle. I have straight, fine hair but a lot of it. I also have a round face and a double chin (even though I'm not overweight). Chin length hairstyles seem to work best with my fine hair but seem to make my double chin look worse. My face also appears fuller when I wear my hair short. I was told that I should let my hair grow out to shoulder length but I'm worried that it won't work with my fine hair.
