Tap target clockwise, then will it to move counterclockwise. For the first few hours? of practice you will probably get ZERO results. A success is getting the target to move in the OPPOSITE direction of what you started by tapping it. If it just stops that is NOT success; it has to reverse direction of rotation without you breathing hard on it or physically touching it. If you succeed at the last step, place the target in a gallon mayo jar or a fish tank. Try to affect the target in there. This is ONE dimensional telekinisis. Good luck!
