Subject: Need Business Ideas Partners

I am wanting to start a business but really have no idea what I should do. I am looking for something were I work from home or a small office and work the hours I wish. Something that people in my community will buy and be profitable. I can get a loan but would like a partner that is trustworthy and sincere.'

Any ideas?
