i think that some of the problem may arise from the differences in the cost of living. Out here in california, where electricity is more expensive, gas is more expensive, car insurance is more expensive, food is more expensive, rent is more expensive, and pretty much everything else is more expensive too, $70,000 would barely be enough to rent a two story house...let alone buy one.

perhaps the problem is that you are applying your cost of living to everyone, as am i. i have been to the east coast before, and i must say that i have learned that a dollar is not worth a dollar everywhere you go.

anyway, it was just a thought. to be honest i didnt really read all of your post...im kinda in a hurry and you were just repeating the same thing you always do.
