There isn't much theory actually it's just common sense although you'd interpret that as racism, why would any english know how to cook chinese food better, and you wouldn't see any 'chinese take-aways' run by english people its just part of their aunthenticity culture so they open restaurants here like in america but you wouldn't see Indians or Italians opening Chinese restaurants would you because they have their own culture too so does that make all races racist or just ones who make comments about it?
