  Since
metals are limited and the corrosion is also destroys them. We must need to find
out some methods to deal these problems, so conservation is discovered.

But how can we conserve
our metal resources? There are three ‘R’s of conservation are Reuse,
Recycle
and Replace.

--This is a method for using the broken equipment again.

--This is a method of recycle the used
metals and use them again. Such as melting down the metals and using them
again.

       --This
is a method to find out some materials to replace metals. For examples, we
replaced copper by plastics for      making pipes, and
by optical fibres for making telephone wires.
Manufacturers are investigating the use of plastic and ceramics for car eng
ines.

It
is not so easy to find out the metals’ replacement since metals have many
benefits.
