First you should get incorporated that will give you a Federal EIN. Secondly, once you get started you may try making your entry fee small so you can attract people to your system. Third, limit you advertising cost. I have found that you can attract more contestants by advertising on the voy boards rather paying to do it in a magazine. Hope this helps.
