Subject: Starting a Pageant - Need Help

I live in FL and would like to start a pageant in the Broward County area. I know that I would like to have a Miss Pre-Teen Broward County (age ranging from 6 - 13), Miss Teen Broward County (age ranging from 14 - 17),
Miss Broward County (18 - 23). I have the rules and registration form.

Where I need assistance is in:
1) Getting funding and sponsers
2) Crown and Prizes
3) Contestants awareness
4) Judges

If there is someone that can guide me in the direction as to what to do and where to start.
