she was right about Gold,yet she still felt like she should not have treated the new mare so rudely. She was also right about 100% righteousness. She was not right to get angry,yet the mare liked it? She shook her head,she was not wise enough to deal with these sort of things. She was young and had a filly to take care of. She nuzzled the small thing,she was so small... The mare worried greatly about her size,she did not wish her to be smaller than most.

The filly was tired yet very hungry,she took a few sips nothing more from her mothers full teat. She lay down wearily and looked at her beautiful mother. All she hoped was to make her mother proud,her father had not made much contact with her and so she knew not what she thought of him. Her eyes dropped like they were weighted with rocks and soon her breathing slowed and she fell asleep.
