MACABRE will be playing the End Of Days Festival in Indianapolis on
September 22nd with Ravenous, Skinless, FOG, Internal Bleeding and a ton of
other great bands. This is a show not to be missed and rumor has it that a
brand new MACABRE song will be debuted at this show. For more info visit

The MACABRE classic "Gloom" re-release is now available at
www.murdermetal.com featuring never before heard bonus tracks from
Decomposed Records in the US and from Hammerheart Records in Europe. The
six bonus tracks are the first ever known recordings from 1986 and it's live
in concert! This issue has been re-mastered with HDCD, includes and
enhanced layout including an introduction from Nefarious. Fans have wanted
live material for quite some time and this will be the first time that any
live tracks have been on CD from MACABRE.


MACABRE recently played to a packed room at Milwaukee Metalfest XV and
wowed the audience with songs new and old. What better place than Milwaukee
to perform songs from the "Dahmer" release? People were singing along,
shouting out requests and having a good ol' drunken time. The barrier built
in front of the stage for the photo area snapped due to rowdy fans having a
good time causing extra security to be brought in and hold back the barrier
before it was completely destroyed. Security requested that we stop the
show and we just laughed, replying "would you rather have a riot" and on
went the show.
Press & industry were treated to an invite-only MACABRE MINSTRELS acoustic
set Saturday afternoon at Metalfest. The reaction was amazing as attendees
were treated to six songs about Albert Fish, including five unreleased
tracks and the crowd favorite Mary Bell.

MACABRE are currently putting together a high quality music video for DRILL
BIT LOBOTOMY that will feature live performance footage from around the
world as well as possible appearances by Dahmer himself.

MACABRE have some full color January 2001 European Tour or US Dahmer posters
for sale if anyone is interested.
The price is $4 each if you don't mind them folded in an envelope or $7 each
in a mailing tube.
