Sometimes rap fans piss me off, classics get overlooked
Artists get overshadowed by entertainers with doper hooks
Read a magazine that put me in a bad mood
You buy his album 'cause he sports skinny jeans and tattoos
The Rapworld's a murder capital, welcome to the life
Thirst is nothing, image is everything on the mic
Everybody double-cupped sipping Purple Sprite
Guess that's what you like, you copped the record twice
They blame the Machine, say the mainstream lacks passion
The ones purists call wack are going double-platinum
Lil' homies rocking red, twisting fingers like bangers
Who they look up to?, ballplayers and rap-singers

I'm 'bout to televise my revolution
An A for effort an A+ for execution
I rap strange and make eccentric music
That say I'm a good teacher, I say I'm a better student

Alot of rappers out spitting on the same topics
Polluting the airwaves, the radio is toxic
Ain't been the same since music went viral
Can't hate on how a generation chooses it's idols
Guess it's just what the game ordered
Wanna sell?, get tatted up and hang with skateboarders
Be a caricature, rap with exaggerated accents
Sip lean, degrade women and you'll be sure to cash in
Get ya stunna shades on and rock some jewels
Auto-tune ya verse then get it chopped & screwed
Shock value never hurts, be rude and controversial
Do it right, they might play ya song in a car commercial

They just watch the Wire, harmonizing like Bone Thugs

An underground king, I don't identify with gangsta rappers
Commonfolk watch the thronne, my goons invade the palace
Poison ya chalice, move like an axis of evil
Burn the treasury and raise the taxes on the people
A stellar storyteller, my smile is artfully deceitful
I do what I want, could care less if it's illegal
Going harder in the paint then Dikembe Mutombo
Boo me, I'll pull out and unload on the front row.
