If I was a character in your sketch pad
Which colors would you color me? (I'm wondering)
A cool winter night, would it matter if it was thundering?
Early curfew tonight, right now you should be running in

All the little kids with the pumped up kicks
Got a tech nine repping their respective cliques
All together in the cypher, rhyming for kicks
Started with a boom-bap and it ended like this

Haunts me in my sleep, I still remember that day
Heard he called foul but didn't get his way
They reminisce over you all, in the Lord's name we pray
I ran like a cheetah with thoughts of an assassin
Nas playing on my iPod when homie started blasting
An AK in his gym clothes lead to closed caskets
Heard you were the shooter, I'm giving you your last kiss

It's effervescent but I can feel it in the air
Addicted to your sin, that's why I followed you here
