Subject: People-Compassion-Perceptions

I really like people alot and sometimes it might not seem like it. For whatever reason I'll feel this way strongly when I smoke marijuana. I think about how close I am to my brother Lee and how well we know each other. Makes you think of how love and affection we feel for people is very discriminatory in a sense.
A poem my friend wrote had this part where she was saying that love at first sight is just as discriminating as prejudice. She wasn't saying it in a really mean way but like with the realization that there's a thin line between the two. It really made me think and it made me kind of sad.

Anyways, sometimes I wonder what it would be like if I could feel the same compassion for everyone that I feel for my brother. If everyone could be that unique to me and if I could relate and be myself around them in that way. I know it's unrealistic but sometimes I think about that when I'm high.
Sometimes I'll catch myself perceiving something in someone's physical appearance as unattractive and I'll feel like damn, I wouldn't want them to look at me that way. Or sometimes I might interpret things a certain way coming from someone I think is attractive and I might in a subtle way act as if the things they say are always more sexual simply 'cause how they look.
