Why do we live this way/
Our people is dyin' everyday.
Why do we kill each other/
Why can't we be real to one another/
Why can't we trust our brother.
We all run on the same bloodline/
Same color, but born on a different time.
We need to stop and think/
For a second. Put down the drugs and drinks/
think clearly before your eyes start to blink/
think hard What pulled your card what was the link.
That made us the way we are/
It damn show whattin' the wishin' on a star.
Look at each and every corner theirs a liquor store/
and on each every corner theirs a Pimp pimp slappin' his whore.
And at the same time the whiteman supply the blackman
