Whoa, holy CRAP! says the insane father from Everybody Loves Raymond, this is some seriously fast stuff!

Unlike the original Asteroids where the rocks don't start moving fast until you start breaking them up (i. e. the big ones always move slow), there are times when I've entered a new asteroid field to having every SINGLE large asteroid go at breakneck speed! It's really amazing (to me) for John Dondzila to incorporate asteroid rotation (a la Asteroids Deluxe, along with your ship looking almost exactly like the ship in that game as well) in this one, although slowdowns do occur if you're able to clear a few screens.

Also like A. Deluxe, the damn u. f. o.'s really are out to get you on this one, and to make matters worse, they can pass through the asteroids unharmed! That's a bit of a load...

Still a fun game though, and the thrust isn't overdone, I think it's pretty perfect here, it's not like you barely tap it and your ship goes out of control. Just don't expect games to even hit 30,000 though! 8 out of 10
