Hormetlik Tordaxlar,

Omumlaxkan bir has isimni, ayrim kixilerning pikri bilen halighance
ozgertsek, tilda qalaymiqanciliq ciqidu. Xu ibarining tehimu omumlixigha
tesir yetidu. Huddi, oz millitimiz ismining latince yezilixidek
qalaymiqancilik ciqidu. Internettin, Uyghurce ucur igenlimekci bolsaq,
herhil yezilix xeklini komputergha kirguzuxke mejbur boliwatimiz. Hetta,
bizni tonimaydighanlar,u hil yezilixlerge qarap baxka-baxka millet diyixi
mumkin.

"Internet Uyghur Yeziqi(IUY)" ning hatalighi yok, BAXQICE ipadilex usuli
halas.

"Internet UYGHUR YEZIQI" digen ibaride, "internet" bolsa "UYGHUR YEZIQI" ni
supetleydu, "Uyghur" digen sozni supetlimeydu. Tordiximiz Erdem misal
qilghan " kona UYGHUR YEZIQI" we "yengi UYGHUR YEZIQI" digen ibarilerni
yuqarqidek tehlil qilsaq, logikili we gramatikilik jehette hataliq yok,
lekin ular has isimlar emes xuning ucun undaq qollanmaymiz. Emdi Uyghur Kona
Yeziqi(UKY) we Uyghur Yengi Yeziqi(UYY) digen ibarilerge
kelsek(elwette,bundak yezixtimu hatalik yok), ular has isimlar. Has isimlar
qandak yezilghan bolsa, xu peti yeziximiz xert.

Bir milletning tili oluk bolmaslik kerek. Eger tilimizni tereqiyatini herhil
usullar bilen ceklisek we ramkigha elip qoysaq. U til yengi hawalar bilen
nepes alalmay, olup qalidu. Dunyadiki eng erkin til bolghan ENGLISH tili gha
qarap beqinglar, eger ular "LOGIKA we GRAMATIKA" dep yurgen bolsa, English
tili hazirqi English tili bolmay qalghan bolatti. Alayluk, Latin Tilini. U
English tili aldida alliqacan olgen til.Qunqi, u til her hil kuxendilerning
arisida kalghan.

Kerindax tilimiz bolghan, Turkiyening turkcisini alayluk. Ular has isimlarni
her hil yasaydu. Gramatikigha ance qarap ketmeydu.
Mesilen: "Ak Bank" eslide "Ak Bankisi" boluxi kerek, yene "Helk Bank",
eslide "Helk Bankisi" bolixi kerek. Addi we kolaylik bolux ucun "Ak Bank" we
"Halk Bank" digen. Bundak misallar nurghun.

Uyghurlarda has isim turlexte cekinixlar bar, ata bowilirimizgha
yetelmeywatimiz. Turlugen isimlar herhil kixendilerning sewebidin, uzun
jumle bolup qalmaqta, addi misal, Tahta Muxuk(muxuk tutidighan eswap), nime
digen muapik isim he! Eger, buni hazirqi til xunaslirimizgha qoyup bersek,
"logikilik we gramatikilik" jehette tehlil qilip, baxqa hil qulaqqa
yaqmaydighan, tilgha asan ciqmaydighan "isim" qoyghan bolatti.....

IUY has isim, hazirce uni "tuzutux"ke bolmaydu. IUY asangha kelmidi.

Egerde tuzutux bolsa, IUY mukemmellexkende, ahirida "Uyghur Yeziqi(UY)" gha
tuzuluxi kerek, elvette bu yiraq kelgusidiki ix, xuning ucun
transition(otkunci) dewirida, IUY gha halighance tuzutup yurmeyli.
