Biz caqirghan tilshunaslarning kelmiginidin shunda epsuslanghan halda shuni eytmaqcimenki, bu qetimqi yahyede ilmiylik yoq!!!
Cunki:
1. Bu yighinda til tetqiqati bilen shughullinip baqqan adem yoq, shunga ularning hemme gepi toghra bolup ketishi natayin.
2. Bu qetim ustide cekiti bar sozuq tawushlar biraqla yoqitiwetildi, bu Uyghur yeziqimizgha bolghan bir yoqutush. Bu otken qetimqi "bir fonimagha bir tawush berish pirinsipi" gha uyghun emes.
3. Hec bolmighanda "ustide cekiti bar sozuq tawushlarni ishliteligenle ishletse bolidu" digen yucuqmu qoyulmay qaldi. Bu yengi pirinsip bolghan "Shinjangnin emeliy ehwalini oylishish" qimu mas kelmeydu. Cunki burunqi yengi yeziqtimu u" bar idi...

Bizning bu qetimqi yighinni ecishtiki asasliq meqsidimiz eslide peqet burunqi(3-qetimliq yighindiki) "ch" ni "c" gha ozkertip, imla qa'idisi qatarliq bezi yengi mesililerni muzakire qilmaqci iduq. Qisqisi, bu qetimqi lahiyeni ilmiy lahiye digili bolmaydu... Buni til-yezi komititi yaki hukumet tuzishi kerek....
