I stand in the tall grass, embracing the territory that I've grown in. And that's just what's happened. I've grown. It's time that I started a family. I feel my pulse beat as I walk up to Mom and Dad. I look affectionately toward the two. Aware of my intrusion, but hoping to be forgiven. "Mom, Dad, I wanted to tell you that I'm ready. I think I'm going to go to the joining board and look for a mate." I smile at the them. Nuzzling them each before I begin to trot, then canter, then gallop away,"I'll be back as soon as I can! Love you!" I hollor over my shoulder. Please let them understand I need to do this! I think, let them know as I know, I have grown. I have grown!
