*The Unicorns of Balinor, by Mary Stanton
*The Redwall books, by Brian Jacques~some titles are Redwall, Mossflower, Martin the Warrior, Mariel of Redwall and The Bellmaker.
*The House With The Clock In Its Walls, by John Bellaires~also look for other books by him. (I'm not quite sure about the spelling of his name; try also Bellairs.)
*The Green Knowe~again, check the spelling~books, by Lucy Boston.
