obviosely jkr isn't the 1 2 be very obviose in who dies, so the creevey bro's are out, then there is stan from the knight bus, but JKR also likes the big shock like when our buddy cedric dies. of course it MAY be ron of brains, but THAT would ruin the WHOLE STORY!!! so in conclusion i would say that it may possibly be either sirus black coz harry will stay with the dursleys all holidays, or dobby. maybe even dumbledor coz in the first book he saz "death is but the next great adventure" and i guess he may say thet in a final duel with voldermort. =)
