THE OVERALL WINNER WILL HAVE THEIR STATE BEAUTY FEE PAID! (MUST ENTER ALL CATEGORIES EXCEPT TALENT TO QUALIFY) $50 TO ENTER. TWO NEW CATEGORIES!
