The pages load in the menu frame, if you want to fix that do the following, in your flag with the < A rel=nofollow target=_blank HREF="page.html" > ^right here, put TARGET="main"> But first, you gotta go to your frames page and where you put the < FRAME SRC="page.html > thats the page on the right column, before the SRC="page.html" change it to this ok? < FRAME NAME="main" SRC="page.html" > Okay? Make sure the TARGEET="main" and have the frame named main and then add the target on each link, all the links should target onto your frame on the right, if you dont understand this, go to my framed page on my site and go to view/source, and read the html.
