Er, I've found out that its the only way for you to rise in ranks. And since nobody's been there i guess i'll tell you. if you go to the missions, and then the forest sector's missions, and click on the link. Erm, sorry coastal sector guys. you dont have any missions, so you dont have any board. Hmmm. *drags out a bag of confetti and showers it on everyone* Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!
