Subject: Looking for Willard Mullin article/cartoon

I am looking for something that Willard Mullin wrote. I am not sure if it was a cartoon or article in The World Telegram. Here are some words from this article:

Up from the ruck of early spring battered and bruised they haven't a thing. Lopaz not pitching and Raschi can't last and even Chief Reynolds does not seem to fast and the hitters don't swing till the ball is past.........

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of this. It should be between the years of 1948-1953, but a likely year is 1949.
