Sent my refund request on Oct. 7
Received reply from co. Oct. 12
Received refund Oct. 26th (sent request twice)and a confirmed letter of payment sent from management team.
Nov. 5th, received a short letter (but very meaningful and very caring in every single word as the other person said, you can really feel it) signed by bambime, also telling me that since I received my refund at the end of the Oct., a bonus was sent to my account.
My loan is $5,500.
First deposit: Feb. 13 2001
I made more than double with BFG. No complaint.
