I called the BFG office this afternoon to report about the war (and the support) in this forum relating to the BFG program. The person answered the phone was one of the manager, he gave the phone to Peter. It was nice talking directly to him. When asked if the management team of BF wants to come here to provide their updates so they can clarify many confused understanding and accusation about them, Peter said Madame doesn't allow anyone to do it on the net, violation of this rule will bring to termination of the membership. Asked for the rumor that Madame is sick and not able to work as before. Peter confirmed it but said she's doing better and Dennis the former president of BFG is back, he's running the program now. I asked to say hello to Dennis. He got on the phone immediately, very friendly and warm. Asked for the update, he said: update is coming in a day or two.
Heard many people saying something in the background, Dennis told me that Madame just walked in the room because there's almost a dozen of people came to visit her. They had waited almost 3 days in the hotel but she wasn't doing well, today she was up and wanted to see them. I asked if there's a chance that I may say hello to her since I've long heard about this mystery writer from the SG forum couple years ago. Without hesitation, Dennis said OK. A moment later, a lady voice came on the line, heart breaking moment. She was delighted, warm, gentle but very, very firm in the conversation. This is her answer in a form of instruction to me as the BFG members that there's no need to pay attention about what others said. As the responsible management team, they should concentrate on getting the payments to members, re-organize the system to make it more effective, arranging help for members when they need it. She went on to thank me for the info about this forum and asked me to relate her message to all BF members that she doesn't allow members to post messages or argue with each other about the program on public forum. This is a private group, no one should violate the rule.
BFG members should save our energy to pray for the management team being successful in retrieving their payments so they can in turn making payments to us.
According to her advice, they are putting the best effort to do it. She told me to pray and give her time to finish her job. Someday, after all payments are done, if she has more time, she will make a visit to public forum as before or post more messages but not at this time.
For an unexplained reason, I was thrilled to hear her voice.
She didn't sound as a business person but more like a teacher or a mother. But I have faith in what she said.
The people of BFG are far more friendly than I expected. They are not impossible to be reached as many had said, Madame told me that they will see us if we have a good agenda and an approved apointment in advance but no drop-in, please.
I expressed my concern about her health. She paused, and said: "I grew up with it, so it's OK" ? ? ?
Not much was said after. Asked if she knows that she was attacked in some public forum? She simply replied: "we're what we're, nothing can change it. People may have different reasons for not liking me and I respect it, but I need to train myself to love everyone including the ones that dislike me".
Follow up was a simple good bye because she had to say hello to friends who came from afar to visit her. She repeated to me again not to worry about what people said on the forum, BFG management team only worries about making payments to members.
Hung up - A moment of silent - A lot to think and to wonder. . .Still, the lady of mystery?
