You don't need to have money to meet her. She's a philanthropist. Many people from BF had borrowed money from her and made money from BG with that money. She knows that they take advantage of her but she never says anything.
You just write to BG,asking for a meeting with her, they will arrange for it. Make sure you have a good agenda.
