Dear Associate,
As you know from our discussions previous, this particular project is in conjunction with a friend in whom I have the utmost of confidence and trust. We have engaged in other business and although that trade fell through, nobody lost money and the refunds were made. Many of you were involved in that and have said, "if SEL ever opens again, let us know." Well, we are open again, but it isn't SEL. My contact, the trustee of the former SEL, is now a co-sig in another trade -- and this is performing, existing, currently paying trade. This was started up shortly after the SEL effort, involving only larger, offline investors. This particular fund that we are coming in on top of is multi-billion. It is very exciting to me to be able to come in on this. My friend, "Mr. O," as I shall refer to him forthwith, has expressed his regret that they are not going to take up an internet group again, as was done with SEL. Their team has decided completely against the administration and risks of the small investor. The deal to me, however, is that I can bring a sole account to them, on behalf of my group. But I have to do the work and ensure the security of the group. (Please note that I can offer a higher rate for 100K + investors [50% per month].)
With this in mind, I am making the following ruling on The Stargate Project (TSP): No sharing out to internet lists. Sorry about that, listops. I know there are a few of you here. This one is for you only. It is a private deal to my private associates. This is NOT an online program and NOT available anywhere but here. It is a straub group exclusive.
The terms are projected best efforts based upon historical data (as always the case) at 45% per month for 10 months, principal returned in the 12th month. No rollovers.
You must be aware that these terms could very well come up differently once we are in trade. This happens all the time. But in this case, we are going into a 10M deal and we could very well secure even better terms. As a matter of fact, terms should not be even bandied about. This is a loose projection, therefore.
Please note that the initial account fee is readjusted to come in line with what we are doing with other programs. Recent experience with e-gold shows that this is necessary.
I am handling 25K and greater amounts as your fund manager. Smaller amounts get subbed out. I have good people to handle this.
NOTE TO THOSE WHO HAVE EXPRESSED PRIOR INTENT TO JOIN AT <25K
LEVEL AND TO GROUP MANAGERS:
You may still enter with amounts of less than 25K, but you will be assigned to an appointed submanager who will administer your account under my supervision. Your submissions must be in 1000 USD increments. Please contact me to be assigned to a group. Group managers are from my own private associate list; I have their ID and signed agreements, for your security information. All other administrative concerns/arrangements are between you and your group manager and I do not wish to be involved, as the whole purpose in this is to reduce my own workload. This is the only
way I am able to let in the smaller unit holders. Your group manager will submit to me your entries as he/she gathers them and I will deal directly with him/her for payouts as a lump for your group. He or she will be responsible to you for your payments as the program enters trade and begins payouts. Your group manager will charge a fee of 100 USD per month on your account for admin fee. The The entry fee still applies (100 USD minimum + 5% of principal amount in excess of 1000 USD) and must be submitted to your group manager along with your entry amount. Group managers are obligated to include the fee in their submission to me. I will pay the managers an initial flat 50 USD per new account, as of this writing.

Loan Details
Minimum amount: $25,000 or more. Please add in increments of $1000.
Administration Fee: 100 USD minimum plus 5% on all principal amounts over 1000 USD.
Example chart:
2000 principal + 150 fee; 3000 principal + 200 fee; 5000 principal + 300 fee; 10000 principal + 950 fee, etc.
Cutoff date: To be set, probably in August, maybe September.
Term of loan: 10 months and then principal is returned in the 12th month.
Return on loan: 45% per month... 450% in total.
First payment: Approximately six weeks after we are engaged in trade.
Security: Principal is in reserved fund and not at risk. Orion's Gate has full confidence in contact point who is also co-signatory.

Step by Step Procedure…
Step 1. Spend to e-gold account 205680. Account name is "The Stargate Project" In the memo field, please put your name and email address. You may wire funds to the project, under seperate instructions.
Step 2. Fill out the two part Private Loan Agreement and deposit info at the bottom and return to me by email.

Private Loan Agreement
This Agreement is made between Orion's Gate Corp., hereinafter referred to as the
Borrower, and _________________________________
hereinafter referred to as the Lender. This constitutes the only Agreement between the
Lender and the Borrower, for the consideration of the loan granted to the Borrower by
the Lender in the amount of $_______________ USD.
Orion's Gate Corp. agrees to pay the Lender 450% interest over and above the
principal loan amount. The interest is to be paid monthly (45% per month) over a
10-month term starting approximately 30 days after entry of funds into trade. At the end of 10 months, your profits are concluded. Your principal will be returned in the 12th month.

I agree that all terms of previously signed disclaimer/waiver form with Kevin Straub, who is Power of Attorney over Orion's Gate Corp., are in full force.
