You must not be one of their members. In their most recent Nov. newsletter they stated refund will be sent within 60 days of request, apologize in advance for not being able to answer personal e-mail. All their reserved funds are taken out to pay members so off course they are short, but we still get pay. Even people who asked for refund had received lots of profit from their programs. Why not waiting for them to catch up and make our payment?
I would give them till the end of Dec. as they asked for.
