You can complain all you want. Read the terms on the waiver/disclaimer again, to refresh your short memories. Kevin is not obligated to anyone and anything he chooses to do by way of recovery funds is entirely up to him. He can pick and choose what programs are to be tackled and he can pick and choose who will receive access. Don't forget, he is not running a democracy, here. We chose to enter this risky arena with the terms laid out plainly and clearly. I am sick of these few who have refused to play by the rules. Read the damn paperwork you signed your name to. Don't think he has destroyed that paperwork. I mean it, read the terms again. He knew what he was doing when he made up that document. It was lawyer approved, too.
