You speak with such authenticity and authority. I stand amazed at your insight. I would think that you are shadowing me and see all dealings, as if you were over my shoulder.

You know, I think we should transform this to a democracy and turn the reins of leadership over to you. It is almost a given that you would win. Your intelligence, charm, charisma and proven ability to compile the facts in such a coherent manner are beyond compare! Obviously, you know so much of what is going on and how to handle problems so well, that your victory is assured, by a landslide.
