I have been reading this forum for information on my group, without posting untill today, but I guess there are limits and you just gone over them. I will post once and never come back as this is definitively not the place to be for financial professionals.

If I understand the situation well, you are now turning the table around and are accusing a member of your list (ref to the post below subject: Denis Paris banned, why?) of all the names you have been accused off.

I can see your next move coming, next it will be your members fault if your programs do not perform.

Is this going to make you better off?

Financially, most probably since you are going to keep the cash and put the blame on either the traders, your members and or the authorities.

I guess you can write what you like about who you like, (on the other hand I can do it also) does'nt this description of one of your member fit your shady character almost perfectly.

Your members did not make you sign a contract to handle their funds so they can not say that you have violate their "written agreement"

but talk about moral agreement: You have prove to be totaly UNTRUSTWORTHY,LACK HONOR AND INTEGRITY, AND YOU HAVE STAB ME PERSONALY (AND PROBABLY MANY OF YOUR MEMBERS) IN THE BACK ON THE FIRST CHANCE I GAVE YOU.
