"THERE'S LOTS OF PEOPLE CHEATING ON YOU. THEY BROKE AWAY AND JOINED DIFFERENT GROUP SO MADAME WANTS TO KNOW WHO THEY ARE. SHE ALWAYS HAS A VERY BAD TASTE WITH DISLOYAL OR GREEDY PEOPLE. THESE PEOPLE WILL LATER GET A LETTER FROM HER. MADAME SAID YOU GET A HOT TEMPER LIKE DENNIS SO SHE DOES NOT WANT YOU TO HANDLE IT BECAUSE YOU MAY MAKE IT SO HARD."

Kevin must be so nice with "Madame" she should write to him under an other name asking about previous non-performer programs and any possible refund. She will rapidly understand what kind of Nice guy she has in her group.
