Summation of letter received from the President of Bradford Nov 14, 2001

1. There is a serious situation that has developed in banking circles since Sept 11.

2. All major movements of funds are subject to review and approval for the source of the funds as well as the recipient of the funds.

3. Bradford has not received any payments from any of their worldwide businesses.

4. The bank guarantee was suspended.

5. All the funds that have been distributed came from Madame's personal account.

6. All of Madame's personal and business income also has come to a complete halt.

7. Madame had to go to Europe to get try and get funds moving again.

8. Payments are slower but are being made every day. Small amounts are moving.

9. They have every intent to honor all agreements.

10. A quote: " Only time will be the best answer". He means by that that time alone will prove the intent of their heart.

For what it's worth I want you to know I have every confidence that in due time we will all receive our funds. Yes, that also applies to Referral fees even though they have taken a back seat.
