Saya ada dua saran bagi kamu untuk membangkitkan kembali Rohani kamu :
1. Bacalah buku-buku rohani. Biasanya kalo tentang iman itu karangan Kenneth Hagin. Saya pernah baca dan telah membangkitkan Rohani saya. Ataupun buku-buku karangan siapa pun. Dan ikutlah persekutuan-persekutuan di gereja atau cell group. Ini sangat membantu kita semakin dekat kepada Tuhan.

2. Ini saran saya yang kedua ini agak simle..heheh
Saya pernah baca satu website tentang bagaimana menangani masturbasi. websitenya di www.glorianet.org
