well kalo stres sampai mau mati rasanya, aku rasa hampir semua orang tau ngalaminya(termasuk gua).

tapi yang membuat gua bisa ngatsinya adalah Tuhan telah sadarkan gua bahwa segala sesuatu itu Dia ijinkan. selain itu yang terpenting adalah segala sesuatu yanng kita alami dan kita punyai adalah milikNya, sehingga kita dapat berserah padaNya. contoh : kita stres karena pekerjaan kita, agar kita dapat berserah padaNya, kita harus ingat bahwah pekerjaan itu pemberianNya, jadi buat apa kita mikir "susah-susah" cukup serahkan pada BOS kita, biarin Dia yang beresin semuanya, yang penting kita udah berusaha sampai max.
