Cobalah untuk tidak tidur selama anda belum mengantuk, karena anda akan langsung tertidur. Tapi alangkah baiknya jika sebelum anda tidur, terlebih dahulu anda berdoa dan membaca renungan, dan dapat dipastikan anda tidak memiliki pikiran kotor di dalam otak anda.
