在这些足以破壤世界局势均衡的重大事故之外,最近国内发生的一件「小事」亦值得关注。事件的肇因是,影视艺员小燕赵薇月前应国内《时装》杂志之邀，拍了一辑以日本军旗为图案的时装相片,在国内引起一片反对声浪.赵薇为此已再三认错、道歉，此次她在长沙登台，遭一名男子淋粪及殴打,事后「湖南警方始于保持缄默」,而新浪网对十多万网民所作的民调,显示一半以上认为赵「该打扛」,当然亦有认为「不能以动武表现爱国」,不过只属少数。

这宗「娱乐新闻」.看似「小事一桩」,其实隐含深厝意义。第一、对于在公众场合动粗侮辱公众人物(或任何人)的凶徙，警方竟然不发一言、不采取维护人身安全的法律行动，据说是「感到十分棘手，正在等上级指示。」此事之所以「棘手」是赵薇穿上被认为不爱国的时装在前，令罔顾法纪的淋粪殴打成为「政治正确」的行为，警方这种态度,不但有兼任法官之嫌(这与程介南案进行时有男子殴打程氏,被扣捕、判刑的事例，形成强烈对比)，且会助长以「动武表现爱国」的野蛮、非理性之风,令今后有更多假爱国之名行凶作恶事件,将使中国成为无法无天的世界;此外,警方不是凭事件是否「危害公安」采取行勤,而要等候上级的指示，警力作为政治工具的事实,在此事展露无遣。第二、赵薇当众受辱,不但没有向警方报案,反而表示「一切都好」,同时赶赴上海拍戏并准备在除夕亮相中央电视台，充分反映了演艺界人士对恶势力,警方及凶徒─无可奈何、逆来顺受、不能自保基本人权的悲哀。假爱国之名而做出如此蛮不讲理的愚昧的事，绝对有辱国体。但愿有关当局能正确处理这宗没有娱乐性的「娱乐新闻。」
