Art! Come back here now! The soft stillness of the meadow is broken by the huffing call of a mother to her erring son. The bey stopped her lumbering trot to take a breather, and her ears swivled to catch sound of her son. Where was that pest when you needed him? Another huff is given, and the older mare lifted her head, swayed back protesting as the swollen belly shifts lightly with the shift of the mares weight. It wouldn't be long, no wouldn't be long at all.

Art pranced and danced on the dew-kissed grass, loving the feel of it beneath his young hooves, loved the smell of it in his nose, naerly intoxicating in it's richness, it's freshness. The young-one took a long, deep breath, soaking up the world around him, the mist in the air, the grass beneath him, and he let out a high pitched whinny for joy. I have come! he says to no one, for no reason. /WE/ have come! he says again, after his dear mother is remembered.
The sun-burst red spins on his heels, nearly toppling upon the slick dewed grass in his haste for enjoyment. He must explore this land, but drink all the wonder of it, expirience and love it all! But, then the call is heard. Mother. Always mother! I come he replies with none of his youthful innocence--only dejection and reluctance to leave this beautiful world only just found. To detach himself from this intoxicating, intricate, beautiful live around him.
Reluctant he is, but obeditent as well, and so, with a not-so-exhubirent spin on his heels, the sun-burst red travles with the soft pitter-patter of tiny hooves, back to mothers gentle guard.
