~midnight steed slinks in silently, moving with an almost perverse grace through the forest, picking up the scents of others, some familiar , some not~ ~sharp ebon hooves slice the earth's crust, pausing briefly, scanning the area, slender torn and tattered auditives flicking back and forth, taking in every sound~ ~head is tossed, scarred features catching the shafts of light cascading down from the trees, making him appear more grotesque in the light~ ~steed quickly shifts back into the shadows, spinning 'pon haunches and moving silently off again~
