John's mind was clearing, the effect of the drugs was wearing off, and he stiffens as Nail kisses him. He kinda remembers her calling him Matt, and it hits him that she thought he was someone else. He takes his hands, and putting them on her arms, he pulls her away slightly. Then John speaks in a soft voice. "Nail, luv, I'm not Matt. I'm John." Secretly he regrets that he pulled her off him, but it wasn't right to make her think of him as another boy...
